The Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Mansoura, Egypt, was established in 2005 according to Ministerial Decree No. (1307) of 2005, amended by Decree No. (504) of 2006. Our mission is to prepare distinguished and specialized graduates in Civil Engineering, Communications, Computer Engineering, and Architecture. We aim to equip students with creative and innovative abilities to succeed in a globalized labor market.
By the end of 2025, we aspire to be a leading institution recognized locally and regionally for education quality, graduate skill, and academic excellence. We strive to contribute significantly to a rapidly changing society and serve industrial institutions through innovative programs.
